SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

The Tower In-Charge is responsible for execution, supervision and control of construction activities for the assigned tower. The role ensures compliance with drawings, quality standards, safety norms and project schedules while coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial / Functional Perspective

? Control execution costs and reduce wastage and rework

? Optimize manpower and material utilization

? Support achievement of billing and milestone targets

? Improve productivity through effective supervision





Customer Perspective

? Deliver assigned tower as per committed timelines and quality

? Coordinate with consultants and customers for inspections

? Resolve site-level issues and escalations

? Enhance stakeholder confidence through disciplined execution

Internal Process Perspective

? Supervise day-to-day construction activities for the tower

? Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety norms

? Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, safety and MEP teams

? Monitor contractor performance and productivity

? Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings

? Ensure timely inspections, approvals and handovers

? Maintain construction documentation and reports
