Purpose/Objective

Executive - Cargo Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective handling of cargo by overseeing daily operations and coordinating with various stakeholders.
This role involves managing cargo documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
The Executive is responsible for troubleshooting operational issues, improving processes, and maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Managing Cargo Documentation: Ensure all cargo documentation is accurately completed and processed including bills of lading, airway bills, and customs documentation.
Ensure that cargo is processed smoothly and meets all legal and operational standards by conducting regular audits and checks to maintain high standards of accuracy.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all cargo operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards by keeping up-to-date with local and international regulations, implementing safety protocols, and conducting regular inspections.




Coordinate with safety officers and regulatory bodies to maintain high standards of safety and compliance across all cargo operations.
Processes Improvement: Analyze current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements, Ensure timely delivery, minimizes delays, and enhances overall operational efficiency by working closely with other departments to streamline processes and adopt best practices.
Ensure maintainence of the Cargo facilities.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, customs officials, and freight forwarders to ensure that cargo operations run smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Manage relationships, resolve conflicts, and ensuring all parties are aligned with operational goals.
Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Manage and resolve operational issues that arise in cargo operations
