Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Import Export Manager to manage and coordinate the company’s international import and export operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth shipments, accurate documentation, customs compliance, cost control, and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including shipment planning and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters.
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, certificates, and other export/import documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
- Monitor customs clearance and resolve documentation or shipment-related issues.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while minimizing transportation and logistics costs.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.




- Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams regarding duties, taxes, freight costs, and payments.
- Monitor international trade requirements, licenses, tariffs, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare regular reports on shipments, costs, inventory movement, and import/export performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in import/export, international logistics, or supply chain operations.
