We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure service excellence in a rapid-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership by overseeing daily operations for a high-performing team, ensuring monthly productivity and quality targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Drive performance management initiatives by reducing Average Handle Time (AHT) through optimized call-flow scripts and regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Lead quality assurance activities by implementing standardized call audit frameworks to improve compliance and customer experience.
- Prepare and present daily and monthly operational reports for senior management with actionable insights to enhance workflow efficiency and team performance.
