Mandatory Technical & Functional skills
- Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations. •Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
- Strong technical requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience.
- Proficient in using tools like X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems.
- Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies, ideally using Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge on GitHub for the code repository
- Capable of operating independently and transitioning into a more scope-based development model.
- Knowledge of D365 FO concepts such as Extensions, COC, OData/Logic Apps integrations, and AI-powered tools. •Understanding of D365FO and Power Platform's role within broader digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure,



including Azure AI services and tools such as Azure Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Results-oriented with a client-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid time management skills and a passion for learning and development.
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices in enterprise environments with D365FO.
- A genuine interest in D365FO and the Power Platform, with awareness of their strengths, limitations, and how they fit into broader digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of other Microsoft services such as Azure and AI is a strong advantage.
