About The Position
The Solution Architect plays a key role in solution delivery by translating complex, cross-functional business requirements into a technical roadmap. He/She serves as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet project goals. With a good understanding of various technologies and Media, Advertising, Marketing business functions, the solution architect works closely with stakeholders, technology experts, and shared services teams to create a cohesive and efficient system that meets the needs of the business and supports the growth and evolution into the future.
Technical and Professional Requirements Mandatory
- Prior lead experience within an IT environment preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience inclusive of:
- 3 years in a senior-level role
- 5+ yearsexperience in Adtech, Media or Martech domains
- 2+ yearsexperience as implementation/developer role
- Experience with DSP, SSP, Audience Management, Analytics, Reporting, Insight Gen etc
- Proven project and process management skillset
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions
Preferred
- Experience into AdTech MarTech Domain
Job Responsibilities
- Lead technical responses to RFI/RFP
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, map business processes, document customer journeys, document high-level business requirements, and translate into specific technology solutions.
- Create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas.
- Research and benchmark industry best practices and develop new strategies/solutions that can be implemented.
- Collaborate with IT delivery teams for designated business areas and IT Leadership to understand technical debt, areas of chance, and future recommendations.
- Work with leadership team for thought leadership through presentation
