Planned and executed daily casting & machining part ,production including melting, pouring and casting operations. Planning of whole day of material operations.

 Prepared and managed melting schedules based on production plan and customer demand.Drive customer focused execution with 100% safety & quality.

 Controlled raw materials like scrap, pig iron, alloys, sand and chemicals as per BOM.

 Monitored moulding and core shop activities to ensure smooth production flow.

 Worked on casting defect analysis (blow holes, shrinkage, porosity, cracks) and implemented corrective actions.

 Coordinated with quality and machining team for casting approval and further processing..  Managed manpower planning in foundry section for maximum efficiency.

 Prepared daily production reports, heat reports and rejection analysis reports..

Pay: ₹11,162.38 - ₹40,000.00 per month
