We are looking for a Plant HR professional to join our team at JSW Dolvi.

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: JSW Dolvi, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

Manage salary/payroll processing and related coordination

Handle gate pass management and employee/worker documentation

Ensure HR compliance and maintain relevant records

Address and resolve worker grievances effectively

Coordinate employee/worker engagement activities and events

Manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) initiatives

Support day-to-day plant HR operations and employee relations

Candidate Profile:

1–2 years of experience in Plant HR / Industrial HR

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a plant/industrial workplace

Candidates with experience in worker handling and statutory HR activities will be preferred
