About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our interior decoration and design company in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, conducting meetings and site visits, and converting prospects into customers.

This is a target-oriented role suited to someone who is confident, persuasive, well-connected, and comfortable managing the entire business development process.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads independently through cold calling, networking, referrals, social connections, local business networks, and other channels.




- Identify and approach potential residential and commercial clients requiring interior design, decoration, furnishing, and related services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Present the company's interior design and decoration services professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal design and contractors to understand client requirements and develop suitable proposals.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the management.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards successfully closing deals.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, real-estate professionals, property owners, and other potential sources of referrals.
