About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into stunning, functional, and practical 2D layouts and 3D visualizations. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of spatial planning, and hands-on expertise in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering engines.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization:
- Collaborate with clients and the internal team to understand design requirements, project scope, and aesthetic preferences.
- Develop initial design concepts, mood boards, and space-planning strategies.

3D Modeling & Visualization:
- Build detailed 3D models of residential and/or commercial spaces using SketchUp.
- Produce high-quality, realistic renderings to effectively communicate design intent to clients.

Material & Finishes Selection:
- Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color palettes that align with the budget and design brief.

Collaboration & Execution:




- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure designs are executed accurately on-site.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: [2–5] years of skilled interior design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both 2D drawings and 3D renders.
- Software Proficiency:
- AutoCAD: Expert-level proficiency in creating detailed construction and layout drawings.
- SketchUp: Strong command over 3D modeling for interior spaces.
- Rendering Software: Proficiency in rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client-facing abilities, time management, and a collaborative team player mindset.
