Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
Location: Zirakpur | Full-Time | In-Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Actively source and screen candidates through Indeed, Naukri.com & LinkedIn.
- Manage multiple job openings and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Proficient in Indeed, Naukri.com and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.




- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
