Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Marketing Business Development role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales pipeline for ValueOne.ai’s messaging and automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, delivering product presentations and demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, providing basic training on platform features, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through, meeting prospective clients, calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present company products/services and conduct product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
