ECOG Products is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and stock-control activities.

The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating inward and outward movements, planning dispatches, tracking deliveries, preparing MIS reports, and resolving stock discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities and be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability for business requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Update inward, outward, transfer,



and adjustment transactions in Zoho Inventory / ERP systems.
- Identify low-stock and quick-moving items and coordinate with the Purchase Team for timely replenishment.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements and inventory adjustments.
- Support periodic inventory audits and ensure inventory accuracy.

2. Inward & Warehouse Operations
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) accurately and on time.
- Ensure all received materials are properly recorded in the inventory system.
- Maintain systematic storage, identification, and organization of warehouse materials.
- Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and efficient utilization of storage space.
