Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat — On-site
Experience: 1–3 Years
Shift: US Shift — 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen IT candidates for US-based job openings.
- Work with job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and staffing partners.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in Excel/Google Sheets or ATS.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate offer/onboarding processes when required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Stay updated on US IT technologies, job market trends, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
- Knowledge of technologies,



job portals, and Boolean search is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred
- Experience with US IT Staffing, Bench Sales, or Recruitment.
- Familiarity with US work authorization types such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen.
- Freshers with solid communication skills can also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
