Inside Sales Executive / Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive/ Manager to manage and grow sales in the US market for our diamond-studded jewellery products. The candidate will be responsible for handling both B2B and B2C customers, converting digitally generated leads, building solid customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Leads will primarily be generated through social media, e-commerce marketing, digital campaigns, and the company website.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete inside sales cycle for US-based B2B and B2C customers, from lead enquiry to order closure.
- Handle and convert leads generated through social media, website, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and other online channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products based on budget, design, occasion, and preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with US jewellery retailers, wholesalers, resellers, designers, and individual customers.
- Conduct sales consultations through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, video calls, and other digital communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Handle product enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order confirmation, and customer coordination.
- Manage B2B accounts, including repeat orders, new business development, and relationship management.
- Provide a premium and professional B2C customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Coordinate with the design, production, merchandising, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, conversions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Track lead sources and conversion performance and provide feedback to the marketing team for improving lead quality.
