Role & responsibilities

Generate potential international leads through various online and offline sources such

as LinkedIn, trade portals, exhibitions, B2B platforms, referrals, and market research.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities across international markets.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Production, Factory, Purchase,

Commercial, Logistics, Design, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution

of customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, commercial offers, and order confirmations.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining desired profit margins.
- Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close business deals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM/MIS systems.




- Follow up on inquiries, samples, quotations, payments, and dispatch schedules.
- Work closely with logistics and commercial teams to ensure smooth export

documentation and shipment execution.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and networking

events to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and

business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for

international markets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and aftersales support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets assigned by the

management.
- Maintain collaborative relationships across all internal departments for seamless order

execution.

Preferred candidate profile
