General Manager – Hotel | Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversee overall hotel operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage and coordinate all departments including Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Monitor hotel revenue, budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Lead, motivate, and manage hotel staff while maintaining discipline and productivity.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Drive sales, occupancy, room revenue, and other business targets.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, hotel policies, and safety standards.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
- Identify opportunities for cost control, process improvement, and business growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
