Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA or any relevant discipline.
- 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- 0–2 years of experience in plant administration, billing, documentation, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of bills, invoices, and documentation.
- Odoo/ERP experience will be preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Experience in Odoo/ERP software.




- Bill checking and documentation skills.
- Report preparation and record maintenance.
- Good data-entry and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with Production, Accounts, and other departments.
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working in a plant environment.
