Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Engineer – Desktop Support L1 to provide onsite IT support across multiple office locations in Mumbai. The engineer will be responsible for handling end-user desktop support, basic network troubleshooting, hardware installations, software support, and IT asset management. The role requires traveling between more than 10 office locations across Mumbai based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop support to end users across multiple office locations in Mumbai.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, printer, and peripheral-related issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.

Install and support standard business applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and collaboration tools.

Configure and troubleshoot printers,



scanners, and other IT peripherals.

Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, connectivity issues).

Install and replace desktop/laptop hardware components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboards, mice, and monitors.

Handle user account-related activities such as password resets and basic Active Directory support (if applicable).

Log, update, and close incidents through the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool within defined SLAs.

Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and external vendors for issue escalation and resolution.

Assist with new user onboarding, system setup, and hardware deployment.

Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks of IT equipment.

Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and standard operating procedures.

Travel to more than 10 office locations across Mumbai as per support requirements.

Required Skills
