Role Description

This is a full time, office-based role located at our Lower Parel, Mumbai headquarters, focused on end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and import/export management. You will act as the critical bridge between international suppliers, local clients, and logistics partners to ensure flawless execution from the moment an order is booked to final delivery.



Daily responsibilities include evaluating supplier quotes, negotiating pricing and payment terms, accurately generating Purchase Orders (POs), and tracking open Sea & Air freight shipments. The position also requires meticulous shipping documentation management, cross-border liaison with freight forwarders and Customs House Agents (CHAs), and managing overdue statements to ensure timely customer payments.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation:
Identify and establish strong relationships with reliable global and domestic suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Procurement & Negotiation:
Request quotes, negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and contracts, and accurately generate Purchase Orders (POs).
- Shipment & Logistics Tracking:
Monitor all open Sea & Air freight shipments from booking to final delivery, managing logistics for port arrivals as well as last-
