Role Description
This remote Backend Developer Intern role focuses on supporting the development and maintenance of server-side applications and APIs. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and testing backend code, troubleshooting issues, assisting in database integration, and collaborating with front-end developers to ensure smooth data flow and system performance.



The intern will help implement current features, optimize existing services, and follow best practices in software development, documentation, and version control. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world backend development workflows.

Qualifications
- Ability to apply core Programming principles and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in practical projects.
- Foundational skills in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, server-side logic, and database interactions.
- Basic understanding of Software Development practices, such as code versioning, testing, and debugging.
- Exposure to Front-End Development concepts to collaborate effectively with front-end teams.
- Familiarity with at least one backend programming language or framework (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, or similar).
