1. JOB PURPOSE:

To drive franchise, dealer, and distribution network expansion for The Concrete Shop®, a design-led concrete brand by Aarya Precast India Pvt. Ltd., by managing end-to-end sales, lead generation, and channel development activities. The role involves identifying current business opportunities, acquiring customers, onboarding franchise partners, and providing continuous support and handholding to ensure successful business operations, sustained growth, and strong market presence.

2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Lead Generation & Market Development
- Generate qualified leads through various sources including architects, consultants, builders, market networks, showroom owners, traders, etc.
- Identify new markets, regions, and business opportunities for franchise and dealer expansion.
- Build and connect with multiple lead sources to ensure a consistent business pipeline.
- Support marketing and initiatives for demand generation.

B. Franchise, Dealer & Distributor Development
- Identify, onboard, and develop new franchise partners, dealers, and distributors.




- Drive expansion of channel network aligned with company growth strategy.
- Generate business opportunities and leads for distributors to support their growth.
- Ensure proper setup and smooth onboarding of channel partners.
- Manage and coordinate franchise documentation, agreements, and onboarding formalities, ensuring alignment with company policies, commercial terms, and applicable legal requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all franchise-related documentation, and coordinate with management or legal advisors wherever required.

C. Customer Acquisition & Business Growth
- Drive customer acquisition through franchise partners, dealers, and distributor network across assigned regions.
