- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries. Maintain cash book, bank book, purchase and sales ledgers.
- Maintain customer and supplier accounts. Prepare and update ledgers and account statements.
- Record bank transactions and prepare bank entries. Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Monitor bank balances, payments, receipts, and outstanding transactions. Coordinate with banks regarding statements and other financial requirements.
- Prepare data for GST returns such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. Verify purchase and sales invoices for GST accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation for tax compliance. Track payments due to suppliers.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments. Prepare payment schedules. Reconcile customer and supplier balances.
- Check purchase and sales invoices. Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.



Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and filed.
- Assist with salary and wage calculations. Prepare labour wages and overtime calculations.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and expense reports. Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets. Provide management with information regarding outstanding payments, receivables, expenses, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents. Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in preparing stock statements for banks and management. Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Coordinate with management, banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and other departments.

Pay: ₹10,780.19 - ₹30,490.22 per month
