Nature of work :
- Operating machinery and assembling plastic components.
- Adhere to the company SOPs and processes to ensure quality and meet production targets.
- Mechanical aptitude: Understanding basic mechanics and how to operate machinery.
- Hand-Eye coordination: Precisely handling parts and tools for assembly.
- Attention to detail: Identifying minor defects in plastic parts and assemblies.
- Understanding of quality standards and compliance frameworks.
- Understanding of quality management systems (QMS).
- Learn and apply ISO, IATF, 3C&5S, and other compliance frameworks relevant to the organization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean initiatives).
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPEs.
