We are looking for MBA/PGDM HR freshers who are passionate about building a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Support bulk hiring and recruitment drives.
Skills Required
- MBA/PGDM in HR Freshers welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
- Solid interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
