About the Role

Sibermond Holdings is looking for a polished, confident and target-oriented Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with HNI and UHNI clients in the real estate segment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a skilled personality and the ability to understand the requirements of high-value clients and guide them through the complete sales journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and build relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
- Understand clients' investment and property requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Conduct professional presentations and explain project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans and investment potential.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and client interaction to booking and closure.
- Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Assist clients with negotiations and facilitate the closure of high-value transactions.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, CRM and Operations teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate client information and sales updates in CRM.
- Track and report lead status, meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends, competitor offerings and customer preferences.
- Deliver a premium and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
