vConstruct is seeking an experienced Project Manager I to lead Structural Steel detailing projects from planning through final delivery. The successful candidate will oversee project execution, manage multifunctional teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective project delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to successfully manage project schedules, resources, client expectations, and project risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Structural Steel detailing projects from kick-off through closeout.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing resources.
- Coordinate with other Project Managers on short and long-term staffing outlook.
- Lead project teams consisting of Team Leaders, Detailers, Modelers, and Checkers.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and overall project health.
- Review and approve project deliverables prior to submission.




- Coordinate closely with Technical Managers to ensure technical quality and constructability.
- Manage RFIs, design changes, reference models, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project monthly status reports and present updates to management and clients.
- Mentor team members and support their career development.
- Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.
