We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with solid expertise in LIMS & ELN support, application management, and IT systems administration within the Pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities:

LIMS & ELN Support
- Provide L2/L3 application support for LabWare V7 modules.
- Act as the first level point of contact for all IT administration-related queries from QC and R&D; teams.
- Support and troubleshoot ELN functionalities including workbook migration and access management.
- Manage LOT, Sample & Batch Management, Stability, Inventory, Instrument, Scheduler, and Print Management modules.

System Administration & Maintenance
- Manage Application, Web, and Database servers along with related services.
- Perform periodic application server maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Monitor application performance, backups, restoration processes, and system health.
- Coordinate with system owners, group IT teams, and vendors for issue resolution.

Instrument & Data Management
- Configure RS232 Instruments integrated with LIMS & ELN systems.
- Manage master data creation,



migration, package installation, and application configuration.
- Handle user access management and security controls.

Validation & Compliance
- Participate in qualification and validation activities from an IT perspective.
- Ensure adherence to GxP processes and regulatory compliance standards within the Pharma environment.
- Support periodic application reviews and audit readiness activities.

Incident & Service Management
- Manage incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and escalation activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related troubleshooting, enhancements, and support requirements.
- Support report revisions and minor application enhancements in coordination with business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, LIMS, or ELN support.
- Hands-on experience with LabWare V7 modules.
- Strong understanding of Pharma indust
