Key Responsibilities - FORT CST CHURCH GATE LOCATION - EXPERIENCE 3 - 5 YEARS
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for leisure, corporate, and group travelers.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
- Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, rail tickets, transfers, car rentals, and travel insurance.
- Advise clients on destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and local customs.
- Process reservations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company and supplier policies.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Monitor booking confirmations, travel documentation, and payment schedules.
- Provide pre-departure assistance, including itinerary reviews and travel documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and travel disruptions promptly and professionally.
- Promote additional travel services such as sightseeing tours, travel insurance, airport transfers,



and activity packages.
- Maintain accurate booking records, customer profiles, and travel documentation in the CRM or reservation system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, supplier agreements, and travel regulations.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, promotions, and supplier offerings.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, DMC, or corporate travel setting.
- Experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/booking software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
