About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Catalogue Executive with hands-on experience in the women's fashion/apparel industry to manage and optimize our online product catalogue across our D2C website and leading marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of women's fashion, product presentation, catalogue creation, marketplace operations and e-commerce merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product catalogues across website and marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Tata CLiQ and other platforms.
- Create and upload accurate product listings including product names, descriptions, specifications, fabric details, sizes, colours, measurements, pricing and inventory.
- Ensure product images, titles, attributes and descriptions meet marketplace guidelines.
- Coordinate with the design, production,



photography and e-commerce teams for timely catalogue creation.
- Maintain accurate SKU, size, colour and inventory mapping.
- Monitor catalogue errors, product rejections, missing attributes and listing issues and resolve them promptly.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions and keywords for better search visibility and conversion.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all online channels.
- Track catalogue performance and identify opportunities to improve CTR, conversion and product discoverability.
- Coordinate new collection launches and ensure products go live on schedule.
- Maintain catalogue data and prepare regular reports on catalogue health and performance.

Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management, preferably in women's apparel/fashion.
- Strong understanding of women's fashion terminology, fabrics, silhouettes, fits, garment construction and sizing.
