Electrical & ELV Estimation Engineer

To prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for MEP electrical and ELV systems by reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the tendering process, ensuring profitability and technical compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and documents for MEP electrical & ELV scope.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs,



bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost breakdowns.
- Collect and evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors for materials and specialized ELV systems.
- Coordinate with design, QS, and project teams to ensure accurate cost and technical submissions.
- Develop cost-saving alternatives and value engineering options to improve competitiveness.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / MEP Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in MEP Electrical & ELV estimation with contracting/engineering companies.
- Proven track record in tendering for commercial, residential, or industrial MEP projects
- Robust knowledge of MEP systems and ELV solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Data, PA/BGM, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
