Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Core Project Manager with 12-18 years of experience in managing enterprise-level projects, preferably within the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project financial management, change control, stakeholder management, end-to-end project lifecycle management, governance, risk and issue management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is an individual contributor role that requires driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Job Description

Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and project closure.
- Own project financials, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and resource planning.
- Drive change control processes, impact assessment, and scope management across projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead project governance,



status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive communications.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular progress reviews.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize deliverables effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best project management practices.
- Support enterprise-level transformation programs and strategic business initiatives.
