Job Description:
We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to build and manage partnerships with corporate organizations for conducting free health check-up camps for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential corporate organizations.

Connect with HR, HRBP, Admin and Facility teams to generate meetings.

Generate and manage corporate leads through networking, references, LinkedIn and other channels.

Convert corporate prospects into confirmed health camps.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of camps.

Generate repeat business and referrals from existing corporate relationships.





Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/partnership records.

Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements
:

2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Partnerships or Account Management.

Existing corporate network and experience dealing with decision-makers.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Ability to generate leads and independently convert them into meetings/business.

Comfortable with an in office and field-oriented role.

Candidates with healthcare, corporate wellness or employee-engagement experience will be preferred.
