Responsible for managing and monitoring pharmaceutical packing operations in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards. The candidate should have hands-on experience with OSD packing machinery and a valuable understanding of packing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute primary and secondary packing activities as per approved BMR/BPR and SOPs.
- Operate and monitor OSD packing machines such as Blister Packing, Strip Packing, Bottle Packing, Cartoning, and other related equipment.
- Ensure proper line clearance before commencement of packing activities.
- Verify packing materials, batch details, coding, and product specifications before and during operations.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance for breakdowns and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, SOPs, safety, and data integrity requirements.




- Perform in-process checks during packing operations and maintain required documentation.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of bulk product and packing materials.
- Identify and report packing defects, deviations, and abnormalities to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering departments for smooth production activities.
- Ensure proper cleaning and changeover of packing equipment and area.
- Maintain equipment and area cleanliness as per SOP requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of batch packing activities as per production plan.
- Participate in investigations related to deviations, incidents, and packing-related issues.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety practices within the packing area.
