Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions using SolarWinds tools to ensure optimal network performance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to network monitoring, including configuration errors and data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Develop documentation for current processes and procedures implemented during system upgrades or changes.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience as a SolarWinds Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including protocols such as TCP/IP and DNS.
- Proficiency in Solar Winds Administration (SAM) software suite, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
