Role Description
The Store Athlete – Under Armour role at NGRT is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore. The Store Athlete will engage with customers on the sales floor, provide product knowledge, and deliver a premium, performance-focused shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending Under Armour products,



and supporting visual merchandising and stock replenishment. The role also involves maintaining store cleanliness and organization, processing transactions accurately, and assisting with store events or promotions. The Store Athlete will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and ensure an energetic and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications
- Robust customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and support diverse customers.
- Sales and retail skills, including product presentation, upselling, and handling point-of-sale transactions.
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards, organize inventory, and support store operations efficiently.
- Effective communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
