About the Role We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help streamline and optimize our Sales, Marketing, and CRM processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, CRM systems, automation, and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

• Manage lead routing, lead lifecycle, lead allocation, and sales workflows.

• Build and maintain CRM automations to improve sales efficiency.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline processes.

• Monitor the sales funnel and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and revenue-related MIS.

• Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, pipeline, productivity, and revenue performance.

• Maintain CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and process compliance. • Support integrations with dialers, cloud telephony, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and other sales/marketing tools.





• Identify repetitive manual processes and implement automation wherever possible.

• Provide actionable insights to business and sales leadership based on data.

• Support new process rollouts, CRM enhancements, and system improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 25 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Operations, Business Operations, or Marketing Operations.

• Hands-on experience with LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM platforms.

• Strong understanding of lead management, sales processes, and CRM workflows.

• Experience with CRM automation and integrations.

• Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience creating reports and dashboards.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindse
