Key Responsibilities:-
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain sales, purchase, and customer ledgers in Tally ERP.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in CRM and Excel sheets.
- Support management with MIS reports and data analysis.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
