- Prior experience in IVF/Fertility/ART is strongly preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in front desk, patient coordination, CRM, counselling support, or healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a patient-centric approach.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient conversations with empathy and discretion.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
