We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating with contractors, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring that construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction work as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and labour teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor the progress of structural, civil, finishing, MEP, and other site activities.
- Ensure proper deployment and utilisation of labour, materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Check the quality of workmanship and ensure rectification of any deficiencies.




- Read and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement and stores teams to avoid delays.
- Maintain effective communication between management, contractors, consultants, and site teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.A / B.COM / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any other field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in construction/site management, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and related works.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQ, measurements, and specifications.
- Robust contractor and labour management skills.
- Ability to monitor multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Ex
