We're looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer who can carry a project from raw footage and a blank After Effects comp all the way to a finished, scroll-stopping deliverable. You'll cut narrative and ad content, build motion graphics and animation, and play a real part in shaping how each piece looks and feels. This is a hands-on craft role for someone who cares about frames, pacing, and polish, who wants ownership over the work.

What You'll Do
- Edit short-form and long-form video across social, ad, and brand-film formats — from rough assembly to color, sound, and final export.
- Design and animate motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, and title sequences that elevate the edit.
- Build motion design and animation for product visuals, logo reveals, and brand films.
- Translate briefs and storyboards into finished sequences, collaborating with strategy and design teams.
- Manage your own timelines across multiple concurrent client projects and deliver on deadline.




- Maintain visual consistency with each brand's identity and our internal quality bar.
- Sound design and audio mixing chops
- Stay current with AI-assisted creative tools and help fold them into our production workflow where they add real value.

What You'll Need
- 1-2 years of skilled experience in video editing and motion design (agency or production-house background preferred).
- Strong command of
Adobe Premiere Pro
and
After Effects.
- Comfort in
Photoshop
and
Illustrator
for asset prep and design.
- A genuine eye for typography, composition, pacing, and color.
- A portfolio or reel that shows range across editing and motion.
- Ability to take feedback, iterate fast, and ship without losing the details.
- Experience with AI creative tools (image/video generation, AI-assisted workflows).

Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of a 3D tool (
Blender

Cinema 4D
, or
Maya).
