Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and well-organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of the household. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure smooth functioning of household activities, maintain discipline, and provide a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage household staff (housekeeping, cook, driver, security, etc.)
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper upkeep of the property
- Oversee household budgets, expenses, and vendor payments
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Manage inventory of household supplies and groceries
- Organize events, gatherings, and guest arrangements when required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Handle emergency situations efficiently
- Ensure discipline and proper conduct of all staff members





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and record keeping
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of trustworthiness and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Education & Experience:
- Graduate preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing luxury residences (preferred)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Civil Lines, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
