We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to grow our mattress distribution business in Calicut.

Your responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Develop recent dealers and retailers
- Manage and grow existing dealer relationships
- Handle dealer collections and outstanding payments
- Expand market coverage across Calicut
- Monitor competition and market opportunities
- Plan and manage daily field visits

What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of field/distribution sales experience preferred
- Mattress/furniture/FMCG experience is an advantage
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- Must own a vehicle & valid driving licence
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to travel extensively within Calicut ₹20K–₹30K + Performance Incentives + Fixed Travel Allowance
