Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Drive sales of infrastructure products/services within the assigned city and territory.

⁠ ⁠Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and client relationships.

⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

⁠ ⁠Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to generate leads and close deals.

⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline data.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Technical, and Finance to ensure smooth order execution.

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and channel partners.





⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the assigned location.

Candidate Requirements

⁠ ⁠2–3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in infrastructure, construction, building materials, or related industries.

⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.

⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

⁠ ⁠Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an assigned territory.

⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site meetings.

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/reporting tools.

⁠ ⁠Must be based in or willing to relocate to the respective job location.
