- Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

shift-wise production activities on the shop floor, ensuring production targets, manpower utilization, quality, safety, and smooth operations are achievedKey Responsibilities
- Manage daily production and shift targets.
- Allocate and handle manpower effectively.
- Monitor Welding, Stamping & Seating operations.
- Ensure quality, safety, 5S and production standards.
- Monitor machine utilization and production losses.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and other teams.




- Maintain shift reports and resolve production issues.

- Production & Shop Floor Supervision
- Manpower Handling , 5S ,Kaizen, Lead Manufacturing
- Welding / Stamping / Seating Operations
- Quality & Safety Compliance
- Problem-Solving & Team Management

Preferred Skills
- Automobile Manufacturing experience
- 5S, Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in Welding, Seating Systems or Stamping
- Immediate joiner / Short notice period preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
