Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Design productive and scalable solutions following clean code and software design principles.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and optimize queries and database operations.
- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and enterprise applications.
- Develop asynchronous and event-driven applications where required.
- Implement unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support when required.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Python.




- Strong experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI.
- Excellent knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and backend development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Good knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or similar.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, security, and debugging.
- Experience working with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging/event-streaming platforms.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud-native services.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Exposure to GenAI/LLM, AI/ML, or Python-based AI applications.
