- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and work with internal teams to provide customized solutions for background verification services.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and value proposition delivery.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry developments,

Background Verification (BGV) Responsibilities:
- BGV Process Management:
- Lead and manage the BGV process for clients, ensuring that all verification procedures are executed as per legal and company standards.
- Coordinate with the internal team and third-party verification partners to ensure timely and accurate background checks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and provide guidance on any legal aspects of BGV processes.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Oversee the documentation and reporting of BGV results to ensure they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their background checks and any issues encountered.
