WeddingsDeGoa is a Goa-based wedding platform connecting couples with trusted wedding professionals, venues and services.

We are looking for a Key Accounts Associate to manage client relationships, find new business opportunities and help grow our client base.

This is a sales and relationship-building role — you will connect with clients, understand their needs, build long-term relationships and turn opportunities into business.

About the Role

As a Key Accounts Associate, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients and partners while actively developing new business opportunities.

You will build long-term relationships with clients, identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling, and acquire new clients through networking, prospecting and direct outreach.





You will become one of the key relationship-building faces of WeddingsDeGoa within Goa’s wedding, hospitality and events ecosystem.

Your key goals & responsibilities will be:
- Grow existing client accounts
- Build long-term client relationships
- Generate repeat business
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Acquire new clients and accounts
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is people-oriented, commercially minded, proactive and confident in building professional relationships.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, hospitality, events, media or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, wedding planners, vendors and senior decision-makers.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
