- Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Freshers / 03 year of experience in recruitment can apply.
- Candidates with HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT backgrounds are preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Robust interest in IT recruitment and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
