Job Responsibilities:

Generate new business by bringing investors and potential clients for the company's real-estate projects.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, dealers, brokers, and channel partners.

Build and expand a solid dealer/channel-partner network to generate regular business.

Identify new sales opportunities and actively contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Promote the company's projects through effective sales strategies, networking, references, and market outreach.

Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.

Generate leads through personal networking, market visits, references, and channel partners.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and develop repeat/referral business.





Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with the internal sales and management teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

For managerial positions, lead, motivate, train, and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates with real estate sales experience will be preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Must have a strong network among investors, dealers, brokers, and potential clients.

Target-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Ability to generate business independently and contribute to overall project sales.

Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be highly preferred.
